We had our townhouse managed by Elders Toongabbie for the duration of it being our investment property. We had fantastic service and representation from everyone at Elders, from the rental team and eventually the sales team.
The townhouse was never unoccupied all payments were collected and disbursed to us monthly. When we felt it was time to sell, as we had started our little family, we didn’t hesitate to use Elders to represent the sale of our property.
The property sold within the first week but unfortunately the buyers pulled out of the deal within the cooling off period however, Nick worked tirelessly to contact interested buyers to negotiate a great price and short settlement prior to Christmas.
