To Whom It May Concern, We are writing this reference in support of the Property Management Services offered by Elders Real Estate Toongabbie. Elders Toongabbie have acted as the Managing Agents for Toongabbie Christian School since July 2009 and they manage several properties for us. Our main contact has been with Property Management Supervisor Julie Collins, however we have had dealings with other staff in the rental department.
Elders Toongabbie have always been diligent in their duties as Managing Agent for our properties and kept us well informed of our legal rights and obligations. Elders have collected the rent in a timely manner and the payments to us have always been prompt, property inspections have been conducted on a 6 month basis and detailed reports complete with photos furnished to us.
Elders regularly review the rent on our properties and make their recommendations to us regarding fair market rent. All repairs and maintenance matters reported to the agent by the tenants have been conveyed to us in a timely manner and acted on promptly.
When there has been issues to be dealt with we feel that Elders Toongabbie have acted appropriately and given us sound advice in accordance with the Residential Tenancies act. When our properties are becoming vacate and/or available for rent Elders have advertised and shown the properties promptly and received applications within a reasonably short time frame therefore keeping our vacancy factor to a minimum. We would recommend Elders Real Estate Toongabbie to anyone looking for a trustworthy, competent managing agent. Sincerely,
