I have personally known Nick Bardon for about 19 years. Quite a few of my family members have either sold or bought from Nick. I called Nick to come and give us an assessment on our place and how much it will cost to market, commission and the sale process. Nick has been extremely helpful once we appointed him as an agent. He explained and communicated everything professionally and taking into consideration what we wanted. He has made the selling process as smooth and as easy as possible from taking photos, marketing and then the most crucial open Home. I was impressed when I found out that 27 buyers came for the first open and then 24 hours later after a strong intense competition between 9 buyers it came down to 1 buyer who offered $781K. Now it’s a matter of waiting on the settlement and moving out.
