We were very impressed with the work that went into the proposal about our property, with only one days notice, that you gave us at our first meeting, when we were only just considering selling, and the advice that went with it that it made up our minds.
And the results speak for themselves. Although our dealings with you were only very short, I found that yourself and the team at Elders Toongabbie to be very cooperative and only too willing to help us with any questions that we had.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN We were very impressed with the way Matt presented a close friend's property and when it came time to sell our home, we called Matt first.
Matt was confident in his ability to market our home and frank in appraising the property and likely market response. Matt put together an outstanding package which drew out the best in our home.
A number of buyers came through on day one and Matt sold it in just 28 hours - well before the planned open home. In negotiating, Matt's nerve held out long after we might have otherwise settled.
