The market at the moment has been moving so fast but with our slae you did have a challenge with the complications involved, we almost felt the need to apologise for our strata issues causing so much hassle.

Dear Leon, Just a quick note to thank you for the remarkable job you did in the selling of my property at 2/46 Reynolds Street, Old Toongabbie.
As you were aware I was told that i had been successful in entering the NSW Police Force and was to take up training at Goulburn on 10 May. Knowing the time frame I had in place I contacted you to put my house on the market asap. With everything in order i.e. contracts etc. you held an "unofficaial" open house a week after my contacting you.The turnout was remarkable considering you had only had a short time in which to advertise it.
After the open house I was offered a price which was very acceptable for the first day of selling. Your negotiation skills were quite outstanding and after some dicussion with the prospective buyers we were able to come to an agreed figure.All this in two days. Remarkable!
The settlement date was completed on 3 May 2010 which was the exact time I needed to get myself moved and ready to start my new career and life.
I can only thank you for the outstanding manner in which you operate and can assure anyone considering the use of you as an agent that what you see is really what you get and that you walk the walk and talk the talk.
