We have recently worked with Elders to sell our house, which we originally bought from them 4 years ago, as we were so happy with the service as buyers the first time around. As first time sellers, Matt Barham guided us through the process and was always available to answer any questions we may have had.
The entire Elders team were fantastic from first meeting to selling the property after the first open house. In particular Matt, as well as his colleague Brad, went above and beyond their job descriptions to secure us a great result that exceeded our expectations. The 48 hours following the open house they worked extra hours to contact all interested parties, ensuring a clear line of communication with us throughout the negotiations.
