I always had Matt and Elders Toongabbie at the top of my list when it was time for me to sell my property; purely because of what I have seen by way of success and word and mouth. I purposely requested three other agents in addition to appraise my property after Matt. It was never a price war - but for me. "a quality war". The major difference here was Matt was the only agent of the four who was genuinely interested in every feature and addition that I knew could make a difference to a prospective buyer. He wasn't the cheapest but I knew I was getting value for money and quality in every sense with zero doubt. Quality and confidence was confirmed later when the proforma advertisement online was sent to me for approval and the newspaper. I did not have to change a single word in the property description; because Matt captured "every essence" of my property. I had no doubt that; coupled with the well placed advertisement in the local newspaper and online that I would achieve success quickly (and did). My property went on the Market on a Saturday and was sold that Monday for a better than expected price. In addition to Matt, all of the team at Elders were thoroughly professional. Each made a significant contribution and impact with the success that I celebrated with my sale. Very accessible by phone and when not available, replied promptly to messages. Obtained satisfactory sale result quickly. Communication was succinct and understandable. Spoke his mind and gave reasoning to answers. Agent was not happy with solicitor exchange approach to sale and *may* have assisted more to hasten this.
