I dealt with Matt Barham during the purchase process and I found both Matt and all those I dealt with to be upfront and professional during all stages of the buying process. Some of Matt's many great qualities include his very clear, informative and timely communication as well as his commitment to follow up on all promises of action or communication. We never found ourselves chasing Matt for anything and he didn't make any promises he couldn't deliver. He has extensive experience in the area and his track record proves his capability.
