I first approached Elders to sell my property after a verbal recommendation by a family member. Matt Barham was appointed to my sale. I was very appreciative of Matt's honesty, and this is something that was important to me. He was clear with keeping me updated, and was transparent about the whole process. He took the time in explaining the sale process, as well as going through in detail and clarity what I was signing up for if I went with Elders. Upon first inspection of the property, Matt was able to attract over 50 potentials, and with his negotiation skill, was able to close the deal on a sale price that I was very pleased with. I am extremely satisfied with Matt's customer service throughout the process, and was extremely professional and calm, especially when at times, I must confess, I was a bit difficult to deal with. Where do I start, Matt gave 110% from start to finish. Having never sold a house before he immediately put me at ease and was able to answer any Qu's I had with the expert knowledge. I had a few estate agents to view the property and I can honestly say Matt gave the most realistic selling price, not trying to over sell in order to get the house on their books. The photos/brochure of the house were done very professionally and to every little detail in order to get the best outcome. Matt was amazing to deal with, always at the end of the phone when needed, keeping me well informed of every step. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone planning on selling their property!
