The major difference here was Matt was the only agent of the four who was genuinely interested in every feature and addition that I knew could make a difference to a prospective buyer. He wasn't the cheapest but I knew I was getting value for money and quality in every sense with zero doubt. Quality and confidence was confirmed later when the proforma advertisement online was sent to me for approval and the newspaper. I did not have to change a single word in the property description; because Matt captured "every essence" of my property. I had no doubt that; coupled with the well placed advertisement in the local newspaper and online that I would achieve success quickly (and did).
