Dear Matt, Re: SALE OF 13 GENEVA CRESCENT After 31 years in our family home we decided to make a tree change. Having made this decision we went to a couple of Real Estates to get a valuation. That afternoon we had 2 agencies come back to us with the expected price for our property.
Matt from Elders organised to come out to talk us through the process. When he arrived he handed us a brochure with a photo of our house on the front cover. This was all put together in a couple of hours. We were very impressed with his professional manner and friendly approach.
From that first meeting we could see how he has achieved his great sales results, a decicated professional who kept us informed at all times as to the process of the sale. This helped ease what could have been a very stressful process as this is the first time we have sold a property. Leon never gave up, if anything he just tried harder!
When I first rang the office to organise the sale of my property in Toongabbie, I was spoken to by Leon. Leon's phone manner and interest in helping us achieve our goal was why we chose to deal with Elders Toongabbie.
Leon's presentation was always very professional and we were always dealt with in a friendly and courteous manner. As a client we always knew what was going on with our property and felt confident that he was doing everything he could to get the final result needed.
He made sure that the property was sold at the right price which was in the interest of us the sellers and the buyer. Our house from start to finish was on the market for two weeks today. In this time we had plenty of exposure to the market.
During the weekdays we had constant people coming through our house for inspections. We also held two open house days. The first open house we had 27 people come through our property and offers that were below what we had wanted for our property. At this time we were feeling like out sale wasn't going to happen as quick as what we wanted, but Leon never gave up, if anything he just tried harder.
The second open house we had 7 people come through with two very good offers and we ended up with a sale on our property for more than what the property was listed for at the time.
We would sincerely like to thank Leon for all his efforts and for the way he treated us. His honesty and professionalism make him a credit to himself and to Elders Toongabbie. We would also have no hesitation in recommending Leon to anyone considering in selling their home.
