I first approached Elders to sell my property after a verbal recommendation by a family member. Matt Barham was appointed to my sale. I was very appreciative of Matt's honesty, and this is something that was important to me. He was clear with keeping me updated, and was transparent about the whole process. He took the time in explaining the sale process, as well as going through in detail and clarity what I was signing up for if I went with Elders. Upon first inspection of the property, Matt was able to attract over 50 potentials, and with his negotiation skill, was able to close the deal on a sale price that I was very pleased with. I am extremely satisfied with Matt's customer service throughout the process, and was extremely professional and calm, especially when at times, I must confess, I was a bit difficult to deal with. " Amazing Results "
We engaged AB Property Consultants Northmead (cheaper commission and advertising costs) thinking this was saving us money WRONG WRONG WRONG! once we had signed they never spoke positive to us about our property, but instead tried to state that the buyers ( if there was any) were only saying it was worth $70,000 less than our agreed price & their OWN valuation prior to us signing with them. After a total of 2 months and an auction where the auctioneer did not show.... we requested a release of contract (granted after advising of legal action). With our tails between our legs we contacted Mat and he accepted to contract our home. 4 days on the market SOLD above our expectations!!!!! Please if this feedback can help anyone else NOT to do what we did then I think it was worth writing. Thanks for reading, and Mat your absolute professionalism and knowledgeable of the real estate business is invaluable. We thank you for giving us a second chance and making our dream to relocate to QLD possible and worth every cent!
