You will recall that our property had already been on the market for 6 months and we had decided to change to a highly recommended agency when you asked for the opportunity to market our property.

At the time we were somewhat mystified as to why our property had not sold. It was well presented and in an ideal location; close to the railway station, schools and shops but it had not sold and had not attracted many inspections.
